Meet the Staffbank Team
Debbie Campbell, Staffbank & Office Manager
I have worked in Childcare in a variety of roles for over 20 years, joining CALA in November 2007. With management responsibility of both CALA Staffbank and the CALA Inverness Office, no two days are ever the same, providing challenge and diversity which I really enjoy!
There’s not much in the way of free time in our house! But when I can, I enjoy spending time on the touchlines of various rugby pitches around the country (a shared family passion), working as a volunteer with Riding for the Disabled and Dyslexia Scotland Inverness, or simply spending time with my family and animals.

I live in Muir of Ord with my two children. My spare time is spent running them to out of school activities and making memories together. There is nothing better than a house full of laughter, covered in paint, making the most of our time together.

Steph Campbell: Relief Childcare Practitioner and Office Admin Support
I joined CALA Staffbank in 2014 after leaving school and finishing a year at college, where I studied for an HNC in Social Care.
After building some experience on the Staffbank, I then completed my SVQ in children and young people, which has given me a vast amount of knowledge that I can put into practice in a variety of settings.
The flexibility of Staffbank allows me to work pretty much full-time hours whilst also enjoying my horseriding and rugby commitments.
